SJSH-65  Parallel  Twin-screw  Extruder:

SJSH series parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder, a new machine developed by our factory on the basis of summarization of former experience and survey of the advanced equipments at home and abroad, possesses the following characters:

1.The reduction box, which is the heart component in this machine, is directly connected with motor with integral box of reduction and distribution. It drives via skew gear of hardened gear with high speed, large torque and low noise.

2.The screw and barrel of this machine adopts “building block system” structure, which can be optionally    assembled according to different user’s technological requirements with material of nitriding steel and duplex metal.

3.The main feeder, which can select and be equipped single screw feeder, is a twin screw agitated feeder with frequency control to make feed uniform and stable and adjustment convenient. At the same time, multiplexed feeding devices can be added with various forms according to user’s technological requirements.

4.The cooling system adopts softened water for cooling, imported electromagnetic valve temperature control meter for control, stainless steel plumbing for drive and self-feeding pump for charging. And it is equipped with delay timber, filter, heat-exchanger and large water tank with rapid, uniform and perfect-effect cooling and precise temperature control.

5.It can ensure the safe operation and normal running of the equipment with advanced electric control system and interlocking among various modules including lubrication no-pressure protection, head pressure protection and over pressure protection etc..

6.The auxiliary machine can select and be equipped with various forms including cold stay cutting pellet, drag chain traction cutting pellet, wind cooling die surface heat cutting, water ring heat cutting and underwater heat cutting according to different user’s technological requirements.
